Moving Day!

So yesterday i moved out of my sisters warm, cosy, internet based, DSTV having home to a towhouse in Weltevreden park (down a long road from my sisters place)! man am i exhausted! So, in reality i didnt have alot to move because i've been living out a suitcase and a few smaller bags for the past 2 months, so everything fit quite well in my car... the mission is unpacking it out of the car, into the house, out of it's bags, finding places for it all, hanging up curtains (then realising you actually need curtain hooks!) and all that good stuff.

my day began at about 6am when i woke up and got ready to get to the salon by 7! - for interest sake, i'd never been to a hair salon previous to yesterday and wow i could really do with them washing my hair for me all the time, i fell asleep it was calming - they started my hair and got done at around 12. yes by that point my butt was pretty numb!
from there i started moving everything and was done at around 4ish (much petrol was consumed on my trips). I then remembered that i HADN'T EATEN yet! so i grabbed a bite to eat while shopping for a few extra bits like a mirror & fruit etc.

Then drove to Sunnighill for Theressa's farewell "party"... which was fun but even more exhausting and they wouldn't let me go home!! it was quite funny actually! I had a really great time though, because they're all such awesome people and i got to socialise with them better and fun with them....things i couldnt really do at work.

I finally left there at around 22:30 and still had more things to sort once i got home. I got into bed (which was the floor!!! because my bed wasn't able to make it's way there on time!) at around 23:30 and was out for the count!

all in all it was a really good day! but i DON'T ENJOY MOVING ... now back to the assignments :)
