note to self: just breathe

am i allowed to be grumpy today? please, let me be grumpy for a couple seconds.
car insurance - after many phone tantrums & putting my foot down, they call the panelbeaters and my car MIGHT be ready tomorrow.

budget car rental - i only have the car for 15days & those days are up as of 18:27 tonight. i ask - how do i get to work tomorow?

standard bank - debited my account on the wrong day (their fault!) & are now making it a mission to reverse those funds back into my account.
1. they tell me it can't be done (words i DO NOT like hearing)
2. they can do it, but it'll take 2 working days
3. still not done...why? it's been reversed to the incorrect account
4. phone tantrum
5. i send a letter of instruction
