peach smoothies & choc-chip cookies!
>> Sep 2, 2009
on mondays i work for an awesome family... who, always kindly let me overstay my welcome :)
hahaha, i love hanging out with them & so easily lose track of time
anyway! on monday i had this urge to make choc chip cookies!
please note that this urge, did come after we took the kids for a walk...so it was justified in my books.
the mix made about 4 batches of like 9 & they were SO GOOD!
it was yet another first for me - first time actually making choc chip cookies myself & i couldn't have been prouder :)
they're quick & easy & just DELICIOUS!
to compliment our grand cookie success, H made us YUMMY peach smoothies - he makes the best smoothies ever!
it was such a great way to spend a monday evening
