every now & then you'll hear this alarm sound

it rings all through town, suburbs, little villages

it's loud.

at first, i had no idea what this is about

then i asked slivka & she told me it's for people to either turn on their radio's or televisions because,

 urgent news was being broadcast.

interesting. makes me smile.
