MOVING....again...do i have to??

If you've read my post from about 5months ago 'Moving Day!' you'd know how much moving house DRAAAAAINS me!

With that said, I'm moving AGAIN! My flatmate (who also 'owns' the place) is moving to Midrand, 'cause she got a really great job offer so she's cancelling our lease & has found another place closer to work. seeing as there's no way i can afford all rent by myself im on the search to find another place... wa wa whaaa. haha.

i have till the end of Feb to find another place that's inexpensive, close-ish to work etc etc... wish me luck! ANOTHER bummer is, i kinda had it good where i'm at now because she had furniture, fridge, tv etc already so i didnt have to fork out a cent! but whn i move to my own place - i'll have to start making all those grown-up purchases!!
have i told you how against growing up i am??
what am i looking for: i'd be happiest in a basic, cute & cosy cottage/small space that's my very own :)

oh & to add to the fabulousness, i may only be getting a salary increase in July which means i'm basically living on pittens (sp) for the next couple months! i promise im not moaning - just sharing :)
